TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Building infrastructure that supports live teaching

Dmytro handles the broadcast setup and platform architecture. He makes sure video quality stays consistent, audio sync works correctly, and the chat system responds without lag during sessions with multiple participants.

Oksana spent eight years performing with regional companies before shifting to education. She designs curriculum that addresses the specific challenges dancers face when training without in-person correction.

We started running webinars in 2019 after realizing how many dancers in smaller cities had limited access to specialized training. The format evolved through trial and error until we found methods that work reliably for both instructors and participants.
